We offer complimentary delivery up to 50 km from our warehouses. For locations beyond this range, please calculate the additional distance. For example, if the setup location is 75 km from the warehouse, you would only need to add 25 km as we cover the first 50 km. After you place your order, we will verify the distance and contact you if any adjustments to the payment are needed.
GTA/Hamilton Area:
- Calculate the additional distance beyond the complimentary 50 km coverage from postal code: L8W 0B4.
London Area:
- Calculate the additional distance beyond the complimentary 50 km coverage from postal code: N6J 2N4.

DELIVERY + SETUP + TEARDOWN
We offer complimentary delivery up to 50 km from our warehouses with late pick up until 12AM. For areas outside this range, the charge is $1 per KM roundtrip.
ONE SETUP LOCATION

The rental rate covers one setup/location per day. Additional charges will apply for item relocation (e.g. transferring flowers from ceremony to reception).

Upon payment confirmation, refunds are not available. If you choose to cancel your booking, a store credit will be issued to be used within the calendar year of the original booking date.
