If you'd like your arches moved from the ceremony to the reception, we offer an on-site service to handle the transition after the ceremony for an additional fee of $175. This rate applies only if the move is within the same venue. For moves outside of the venue, please email us with the address of the second location for a customized quote to fauxreverflorals@gmail.com.

We offer complimentary delivery up to 50 km from our warehouses with late pick up until 12AM. For areas outside this range, the charge is $1 per KM roundtrip.

The rental rate covers one setup/location per day. Additional charges will apply for item relocation (e.g. transferring flowers from ceremony to reception).

Upon payment confirmation, refunds are not available. If you choose to cancel your booking, a store credit will be issued to be used within the calendar year of the original booking date.
